Telegram bot development for business
A bot that collects the information you need and moves the request to the next step.
A Telegram bot suits a task that can be handled in messages: collect a request, ask a few questions, notify a manager or return a status. We start with one complete flow and define what happens when the user gets stuck.
I build guided bots and AI agents in Telegram. Event AI Agent, for example, takes a free-text event request, asks for missing details and structures the brief. Where the rules are predictable, a regular bot is enough. AI is a separate choice in the scope.
Who this is for
- A business receiving enquiries in Telegram that needs the same information from every customer.
- A team that wants notifications, status checks or an operator handoff connected to its existing tools.
- A founder testing a service through a conversation before building a separate interface.
If people need to browse a catalogue, compare options or work through a long form, a Mini App may fit better. We decide this from the user flow.
What you get
- An agreed conversation flow with questions, validation and a way to restart or get help.
- A working Telegram bot for the main scenario.
- The notifications and integrations included in the brief.
- An operator handoff with the details already collected.
- Deployment, checks of the common and failed paths, and a project handover.
How it runs
Write down the inputs, decisions, final result and the point where a person takes over.
Implement the questions, buttons and data handling for one complete task.
Add the agreed integrations and check missing data, retries and operator notifications.
Try the flow with real examples, publish the bot and document how to operate it.
Questions people ask first
- How much does a Telegram bot cost?
- My starting price for a Telegram bot is 600 EUR. Integrations, AI features, payments and complex administration change the scope. Hosting, model usage and ongoing support are discussed separately.
- Can the bot send enquiries to a CRM or a manager?
- Yes, if the receiving system offers a suitable integration. We agree on the fields, access and delivery behaviour first, including what happens when the external system is unavailable.
- Does every bot need AI?
- No. A fixed set of questions and buttons often handles the task well. AI is useful when the input is free text or the next question depends on the conversation. That work is scoped as an AI agent.
- Can we add a Mini App later?
- Yes. A bot can remain the entry point and notification channel while a Mini App provides the interface. Shared accounts and data need to be planned; the upgrade is a separate stage.
- What do you need to estimate the project?
- The task, examples of real conversations, required integrations, expected volume and the person who receives unresolved requests. These details are enough to begin scoping.
